The chat assistant on this site is an AI. It is labelled as an assistant and it will tell you so. It is not a person, and it does not give professional advice.

What it will and won't do

• It answers questions using our published content.
• It never quotes prices. For pricing it offers a check-up or a quote.
• It never invents client results, testimonials, or statistics.
• It hands off to a person when it cannot help.

What we store

Messages may be processed by our AI provider to generate a reply, and conversation data may be retained to improve answers and for security. Please do not enter sensitive, confidential, or personal information in the chat.

Automated decisions

The assistant does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects about you. A person reviews anything important.
