Privacy notice

Draft for legal review. This notice is a starting point and must be reviewed by qualified counsel for PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA/CPRA before launch.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the information you provide: your name, email, business name, industry, optional phone number, and your message. We also record whether you consented to marketing emails, when you consented, and basic technical data (IP address and browser string) for security.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, provide services, and — only if you opted in — send occasional helpful emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our database provider (Supabase) and email notifications are sent via our email provider (Resend). We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Cookies and analytics

We use a cookie to remember your US/Canada preference. Analytics is privacy-friendly and only loads after you accept it. You can decline and still use the site.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to make a request.

The AI assistant

Our website assistant is an AI. Conversations may be processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information in the chat. See our AI use policy.
